Shipping Policy

Introduction

At Alpine Dirndl, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This page outlines everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, dispatch times, and delivery estimates.


1. Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.


2. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom 7 – 10 Business Days
United States 7 – 10 Business Days
Other Countries Varies by location

These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs clearance, or carrier disruptions.


3. Smart Dispatch – UK & US Warehouses

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we dispatch your order from the location closest to you:

  • UK Customers → Dispatched from our United Kingdom warehouse
  • US Customers → Dispatched from our United States warehouse

Your delivery address at checkout automatically determines which warehouse fulfills your order.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • The name of the carrier handling your delivery
  • A link to track your order in real time

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at Alpinedirndl@gmail.com.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the UK and US, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you want custom free or tax free delivery please write in buyer note during purchase.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Alpine Dirndl is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at Alpinedirndl@gmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Check with neighbours or your local post office
  3. Contact us at Alpinedirndl@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf

9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
